The new private collection series for your household

In the fashion of our Professional-series, it is now possible to hygienically prepare all raw food materials in your everyday kitchen. The Private-Collection is delivered with 3 interchangeable pads in the colors green (for fruits and vegetables) , red (for meat) and black (for your representation). Accessorily you can purchase 3 additional pads (yellow for poultry, blue for fish and seafood , white for dairy products). The pads are identical to the ones of the Professional series and are easily clicked on. The “Profboard private series” with its modern design with rubber-feet on the bottom, was specially designed for your everyday kitchen. It is equipped with juice gutters so you can also prepare all warm products on the baseboard. You can put it in a washing machine and if needed (usually every 6 months) easily replace pads with cutting marks against new ones.

On the pads , suitable to your Profboard base of the private collection, you prepare all raw food materials conforming to HACCP standards. The pads can be used on both sides and are dishwasher safe up to 90 degrees. Please ensure that the pads are placed upright inside the dishwasher. Because of hygienic safety and the self-monitoring program of your kitchen, the pads should be replaced after 4-5 months (8-10 weeks per side), if used daily.
